We want you to feel empowered in your Hella Heels, so if your pole boots or platforms aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and show no signs of floor work or scuffing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack With Care

  Place the heels back in their original branded box and protective dust bags, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned heels for wear, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
